What Delivery Options are Available to me?
Within Lagos, we offer doorstep delivery only. However, for outside Lagos orders, you can either choose doorstep delivery or pick up from a park. Each has varying costs
How long will it take for me to receive my items?
Delivery within Lagos takes between 24-72 working hours. Delivery outside Lagos takes between 48-72 working hours for doorstep delivery and 48 hours for items conveyed through transit Buses.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Our rates are dependent on the location and the size of the items being sent. You will be duly advised at the point of check out.
What do I do if my item has not been delivered after the proposed delivery duration?
Please contact us with your order number and we will ensure you receive your package without further delay.
Do you deliver outside Nigeria?

What Do I do If I receive a faulty Item?
We place a premium on quality control and hence it is very unlikely that you receive a bad item. However, in the case of a faulty item, please contact us immediately and ensure that items are available for return within 24 hours. We will replace the items at no extra cost. Please note that we do not refund.

How often do you receive new items?
We are an online shopping company and store; hence we deal with a variety of vendors who receive new items constantly. We are also always adding new vendors to ensure that you get the best shopping experience.
I’m Afraid of buying Online because the picture maybe different from what you get in reality; Can I trust your website?
We try as much as possible to ensure that the pictures are an actual representation of the items merchandised. In some cases, the pictures do not do justice. We also ensure that the items are described adequately.
Are the Prices negotiable?
All prices on the website are the best prices. However, there could be room for negotiation when making bulk orders for party uniform fabrics (asoebi).
Can I request for a lace that is not displayed on your website?
Please note that to order an item not displayed on our website, you will need to pay a non-refundable token to engage our personal shoppers. Please allow between 24-48 working hours for feedback on the search.
